Kimberley Alpine Resort The Kimberley Nordic Club trail network features 600 acres (235 ha) of skiable terrain with 26 km (16 mi) of groomed double tracked trails. Other trails include a 3 km (2 mi) long loop for night skiing. For those new to nordic skiing, Kimberley offers the Discover Cross Country Skiing program that includes a 30-minute orientation session.

Fernie Alpine Resort Cross country skiing enthusiasts can tour one of the self-guided paths, or arrange for a tour and lessons at the Fernie Alpine Resort. Lessons focus on technique and include a mountain heritage tour. The trail itself is approximately 10 km (6 mi) long and follows a figure eight pattern.

Kimberley Nordic Centre The Kimberley Nordic Centre maintains a number of double track trails of varying degrees of difficulty and length, as well as a lit night skiing loop, all in and around Kimberley. They offer children and adult cross-country skiing lessons, as well as organize clubs such as the B.C. Rabbits and Kimberley Nordic Racers.
