Takakkaw Falls
Takakkaw Falls are located on the north side of the Trans Canada Highway, approximately 2 kilometres east of Field. At upwards of 236 metres, their drop is fruther than that of Niagara Falls. They drop into the Yoho River.

Rafter J Frontier Village
Located only twenty minutes west of Golden, Rafter J Frontier Village offers visitors a look to the past. There are several museums here that offer guided tours, and there is both a Native Museum and a Cowboy Museum. The village has a snack bar, as well as picnic tables and a children's play area.
